So How Does it Work?
We are located in the Western Cape, Tokai. We cater for one-off visits, more intensive 3-month eating and training programs mixed with specific techniques that make sure you get where you want to be or feel. The programme is 12-weeks long, and consists of:
- Weekly changes and calibrations to your eating plan
- Weekly weigh-ins to make sure your on goal
- Daily access to Liam via moible

Our SIM programs have been researched, tested and studied with all the various eating fads over the years and believe that a well-balanced diet is the best one. As for the nitty-gritty, here are some highlighted points which take place during a session:
