So How Does it Work?

First off, Liam only takes 10 clients per quarter – be sure to contact him regarding the next availability. We are located in the Western Cape, Tokai. If you’re just looking for a once-off visit, that’s fine too. Still, we specialise in an eating and training program mixed with specific techniques that make sure you get where you want to be or feel. The programme is 12-weeks long, and consists of:

  • Weekly changes and calibrations to your eating plan
  • Weekly weigh-ins to make sure your on goal
  • Daily access to Liam via moible
  • Monday – Friday personalised training with Liam

Our SIM programs have been researched, tested and studied with all the various eating fads over the years and believe that a well-balanced diet is the best one. As for the nitty-gritty, here are some highlighted points which take place during a session:

  1. Establishing a Goal
  2. Checking if there are any biophysical problems
  3. A blood test
  4. Weigh-in (BMI included & more included)
  5. Eating plan
