Sports Nutrition Counselling:
Consultations are customised to your needs, offering guidance on optimal nutrition for injury recovery, weight management, and achieving a healthy body composition. We give advice on anti-inflammatory diets for joint health and strategies to enhance performance through optimised meal and snack planning, including race-day fueling. Your current diet and activity levels will also be evaluated to identify areas for improvement.

Our programs are not just for adults, we help kids make better food choices and feel more confident in themselves.

Liam Burke, founder of Shape In Mind, holds an Honours
degree in Psychology and advanced qualifications in Clinical Nutrition. By merging these two fields, Liam offers a unique, integrated approach to health that addresses both the mental and physical sides of wellness.
With years of experience working with clients in areas such as sports performance, weight management, mental wellbeing, and chronic conditions, Liam is passionate about helping people build habits that last a lifetime.
