Nutrition & Psychology Combined

Getting back into shape can be challenging. In today’s world, most of us take the kids to school, go to work, cook dinner and if you’re still standing?… Maybe you can squeeze in that jog you’ve been procrastinating about since the start of the week. So where does that take us?

Many of us (myself included) have been sold the idea that we need to “buy this product to look good” or “take this supplement to burn fat” which in the end, leaves us feeling underwhelmed and disappointed in ourselves. We’re proud at ShapeInMind about the fact we DO NOT advise or sell products to our customers, as we believe that in most cases, the body DOES NOT NEED any added pro-biotics / vitamins or minerals unless advised by a doctor. A good well-balanced diet is all that you need, and that’s where we come in handy.

How does it work?

First and foremost, it’s important that the SIM (ShapeInMind) program is suited for you? We want you to feel like you get your money’s worth, so we insist on the first consultation mahala, unless, you’d like a SIM program… A bit further down the page, you’ll see a “button” highlighted for you to get in touch 👌🏼

Here’ some additional information regarding the SIM Programs:

We understand the busy-life schedule – so on that note, we can meet you at your desired location (office /home/public area etc.) bearing in mind we are located in the Western Cape. Alternatively, feel free to pop into our office which is in Three Anchor Bay, Cape Town.

The fundamental difference with SIM programs is that we’ve researched, tested and studied with all the various eating fads over the years and believes that a well-balanced diet is the best one. As for the nitty-gritty, here are some highlighted points which take place during a session:

  1. Establishing a Goal
  2. Checking if there are any biophysical problems
  3. A blood test (Done at the office only)
  4. Weigh-in (BMI included & more included)
  5. Eating plan
  6. Exercise plan
